Format:

All submissions should be in Times New Roman 12-point font, double-spaced, containing 10-point, single-spaced footnotes rather than endnotes, and have numbered pages. Please format all submissions, whether electronic or hard-copy, in Microsoft Word and configure all footnotes according to the most recent edition of Bluebook. Include a curriculum vitae and a cover letter that contains your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. We do not disqualify articles based upon pre-set length or topic restrictions. Essays and book reviews will be considered by the Articles Editor on a limited basis.
