Another Valparaiso University Institute on Human Relations begins Friday, July 23 at 2:30, continuing through Sunday, July 25 at 4:30p.m. This year's theme "Church, State, and Race" is designed to deal with the role of the responsible Christian as he is confronted by the dilemma of priorities in living as citizen and yet church member and Christian.
