The Lutheran Human Relations Association of America has sent a representative to New Orleans to make a study of the school desegregation controversy now raging in that city. After the study has been made, The VANGUARD will report the findings of the LHRAA representative, especially those aspects of the controversy that 'have to do with the church and its witness to Christ.
