The Rev. Karl E. Lutze preached his farewell sermon to his congregation, The Church of the Prince of Peace in Tulsa, Okla., Sunday, September 6th. He is now in Valparaiso, Indiana. He came here to become the Field Secretary of the Lutheran Human Relations Association of America. Readers of The VANGUARD will recall that this office was newly established by the Association because the work of its Executive Secretary had reached such proportions that the incumbent could no longer adequately take care of it. The Field Secretary will share with the Executive Secretary the work of LHRAA. It is hoped that by means of this additional help the program of LHRAA will be carried out more effectively and will be expanded in keeping with a growing need and the opportunities which a world in the the throes of great change affords the Church.
