Abstract
Ethical leadership, although outwardly displayed, is an intrinsic commitment coming from somewhere inside of us, of “the kind imagined,” as Lippman would say, “conceived and understood” within the circumstances of everyday life, and conditioned individually. Here caution needs to be taken for individuality can lead to productivity and creativity or quickly morph into negative and damaging behaviors.
