A human relations task force for the guidance and use of Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod President Oliver Harms was the chief immediate outcome of the synod's "Conference on the Racial Revolution," held December 16 and 17 in Chicago. The task force will aid Dr. Harms in implementing past and future synodical resolutions on racial and metropoliical issues.
