January 16, 1974 -The U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, St. Louis, has reversed the contempt citation and the jail sentence against Dr. Paul Boe. Without commenting on the issue of confidentiality of clergy, the court ruled that Dr. Boe was denied due process in the district court in Sioux Falls, S.D., when he was not given sufficient notice of the contempt citation and enough time to prepare and present arguments in his own defense.
