Biographical Information about Author(s)
My interest in the topic and the reason of presenting this topic in the symposium is stemming from my experience and familiarity with the survey data, and research paper I have written on this topic. The research presented is based on the 4 years longitudinal student survey. In the research paper I have analyzed the panel survey data using pooled ordinary least squares regression analysis method which helped me identify the effects of socio-economic factors on the students' academic performance and verified results of papers written on this topic.
