Biographical Information about Author(s)

Bolatito Adetoyi is an international graduate student pursuing her Master of Science in International Commerce and Policy. She graduated with a B.A (History and International Relations) from Redeemer's University Nigeria in 2014. She began her career as a teacher and research assistant. Her research interests include environmental sustainability, leadership and women's issues all of which are included in this research, as they are all problems currently plaguing Nigeria. Bolatito plans to implement recommendations from this research in Nigeria
