Applied Electromagnetic Field Theory
Doug Tougaw
Applied Electromagnetic Field Theory presents an application-oriented approach to electrostatics, magnetostatics, induction, Maxwell's equations, electromagnetic wave propagation, transmission lines, and antennas. Many examples are included in each chapter, and an accompanying video works through these examples for each chapter. Derivations are presented with a high level of detail and support for the reader, with an emphasis on the real-world significance of the result.
This Open Textbook was developed to support the course Electromagnetic Field Theory (ECE 430) at Valparaiso University.
