Abstract
Occupational therapy (OT) relies on effective collaboration between occupational therapists (OTs) and occupational therapy assistants (OTAs) to ensure optimal client outcomes. This study explores OT and OTA students’ perspectives on collaborative educational experiences and their impact on confidence, comfort level, and readiness for future fieldwork and practice. Understanding students’ perceptions can inform curriculum development and strengthen intraprofessional collaboration.
