Abstract
One aspect of being an undergraduate is being able to reflect on student's leadership journey's at Valpo. Because of this, I wanted to work with CITAL and other departments to figure out a way for the university to continue and bring into conversation student leadership and make it a part of the curriculum. As a student who has been involved in over a half a dozen organizations and been a student president of three at the same time, I want to be able to use my knowledge of Valpo and quantify that experience so that other students can maximize their leadership time at VU. I am also looking at other schools and finding out that having a leadership portfolio built into the CORE curriculum is not very common, and as Beacons, we should be trailblazers in providing an education that surpasses other instiutions.
