The birth of a child is one of the most remarkable events to happen to a person, but how special would it be if there were no doctors to guide the mother through her pregnancy? Such a situation exists in Molokai, Hawaii. The doctors who delivered the babies on Molokai have stopped because malpractice insurance costs more than their income.
