It is Friday night, and my friends and I have decided to attend a girls' basketball game. (This particular game carries forward the great rivalry between Case High School and Horlick High School.) We head over to Case High School, and as we walk into the crowded gymnasium, we notice that the game has already started. I sit down in the bleachers and stare in amazement at the scoreboard because, in only two minutes, Horlick is clearly in control, leading 14-3. I wonder how this could have happened.
