The Lutheran World Federation's executive committee - which includes American Lutheran Church President David Preus and Lutheran Church in America President Robert Marshall - has sent an open letter to Prime Minister Vorster of South Africa, urging him to correct injustices in South Africa and Namibia (South West Africa).
