Abstract
This conference paper presented at the Northeast Popular Culture Association on October 17, 2026, traces the use of prophecies and celestial signs in Amazon's TLOTR: The Rings of Power. Connections are made to Tolkien's use of the stars as signs and prophecies, including in the character of Earendil.
