Biographical Information about Author(s)

Taylor Williams is a graduate of The University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. Post-graduation, she spent some time working in television production, but found her true passion in education when she moved home to Northern Virginia and spent a year substitute teaching in the public school system from which she graduated. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Teaching English as a Second Language because she felt the field combined her love for teaching and student self-empowerment. This research was inspired by her struggles as a student to acquire Spanish as a foreign language.
