On August 12, 2003, members and friends of Lutheran Human Relations Association took time from the busy ELCA Churchwide Gathering to celebrate the 50th anniversary of LHRA. The evening began with a four directional prayer, then music by the ever popular KYROS. The program continued with honored guests Revs. Karl Lutze, Anita Hill, and Joe Ellwanger inspiring the audience with their reflections on the theme "Speak Truth, Do Justice, Build Community."
